CITY CENTRE - RUNNiNG TOUR

A route of pure discovery in the granitic heart of historical Porto, where recently built urban landscape merges beautifully with old majestic monuments. The last few years brought this city a lot of renovation but it has fortunately been able to keep its genuine traits of identity. 

​This is a 'must'  if you want to take home some postcard-like photos and at the same time quickly get to know the major touristic highlights of the 'Unvanquished City'.  

We will also scan the city for the latest and most glaring graffiti &street art murals, while we run...! However, with the stories behind those murals will come other interesting facts and curiosities about quirky sculptures and the century-old tilework that covers facades and hallways of public buildings here in Porto!


A bonus: during this running experience you'll get to know all the stories preceding the most romantic gesture of appreciation ever made in Portugal's history, the offering by king Pedro IV's of his heart  - the actual organ - to the city of Porto!!
